We want you to be happy with your foxjkl.com order. If something is not right, we are here to help.
 
Return Period
 
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at info@foxjkl.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
 
Return Conditions
 
Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking details until your return has been processed.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
 
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
 
Items returned outside the 14 day period
 
Used, damaged or altered items that were not faulty on arrival
 
Items missing their original packaging where packaging is part of the product
 
How Returns Work
 
Contact us at info@foxjkl.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return an item.
 
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back to the return address we provide you.
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
 
Return shipping costs are non refundable, except where the return is due to a fault on our part.
 
Damaged or Faulty Items
 
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@foxjkl.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a short description of the issue along with clear photos showing the damage or fault, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.
