Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to Germany only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Germany or France using a secure, tracked shipping method.

 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order before it is dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

 

Shipping Options

 

Standard shipping is free of charge and typically takes 4 to 5 business days from dispatch.

 

Insured express shipping is available for a flat fee of 4.95 euro and typically takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including high order volumes or courier delays.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.

 

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to make changes or cancel it, so please double check your details before completing checkout.

 

Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@foxjkl.com within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
